游学日记二：

This summer vacation I was so lucky that my parents offered me a rare chance to travel in England.

I’ve had quite a lot of English lessons during my vacation in Norwich. There was one lesson that made an unforgettable impression on me.

It was a young handsome English man who gave us the unforgettable class. Through the whole class he neither taught us English grammars nor asked us to do some written exercises. He just organized a game helping us to improve our oral English. For convenience he chose some of my classmates including me to act detectives and the rest of the students were chosen to play four business partners as the suspects. They also had four different testimony given by the teacher. What drove me crazy was that the teacher had us question the suspects twice one by one. Because of our influent oral English, we had a hard time talking with each other. But I kept on trying until the end of the game when we succeeded in performing our task. Following the teacher’s instructions, although I nearly went crazy, I didn’t give up. I realized that only then did I realize that my oral English improve while I struggle with my English.

From the experience, I’ve realized the importance of practice and that we improve through making mistakes.
